From a one-bedroom apartment to a 2,000 sqm facility

Macro Mike started in 2016 as protein brownies baked in Mike's one-bedroom apartment.

After years of managing his own food intolerances and putting up with bland, chalky allergy-friendly products, Mike decided to make something better. No investors, no safety net, no shortcuts.

Today Macro Mike runs a 2,000m² production facility with up to 50 staff and a community of more than 500,000 customers, with collaborations alongside names like Kellogg's and Golden Gaytime.

Born in Leeds and a long-time Gold Coast local, Mike has been named National Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Food & Beverage) and one of Australia's Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs seven years running.

I'm not vastly intelligent or vastly educated. I'm not vastly lucky either. I'm just vastly relentless.
